Returns & Exchange Policy

At Wattmere, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy carefully before requesting a return, refund or exchange.

14-Day Return Period

You may request to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

After informing us that you wish to cancel, you will have an additional 14 days to return the item.

You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling your order, although your feedback may help us improve our service.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • returned in its original condition;

  • unused or handled only as reasonably necessary to inspect the product;

  • returned with its original packaging, accessories and manuals, where applicable;

  • accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

If the item has been used, damaged or returned with missing parts, Wattmere may make a reasonable deduction from the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • items with broken hygiene or security seals, where applicable;

  • digital products or downloadable content after access has been provided;

Return Shipping
